How do I Maximize and Leverage the Talent in my Organization?

Being creative and thinking “outside the box” are new ways of thinking for many businesses in transition. Conducting a talent assessment is critical to determine untapped skills of current employees and begin to determine if key skills are lacking. Have group and one-on-one discussions with employees telling them of new initiatives. Actively recruit new talent to “raise the bar” with current employees.
